Let me Recap some of the themes from the presentation.
1) The world is 24 & 7. Shortly, no one will tolerate anything all the lines of "Call back during normal business hours or we will get that out to you in the mail.
2) Just a few years ago, there was active debate on whether the Internet was really impacting people's lives. New Millennium: Debate is over and the pressure is on to meet new expectations and gain efficiencies. Govt. has to get moving on this.
From our research we found that many of the strategies have worked in specific instances, however this work-around bit is highly scattered
as we have been discussing govt must consider creating something new, a new focal mechanism to lead the way, a new group to help with the funding and oversight.
