Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) tools are designed to help groups enhance the quality of their decisions. These tools:
- Bring structure to the decision-making process;
- Elicit ideas, feelings and the judgments of stakeholders;
- Represent those judgments as meaningful numbers;
- Synthesize the results; and
- Analyze the sensitivity of those judgments to changes.
Through the use of pair-wise comparisons, the relative importance of each of the criteria is calculated
