SMART FY 2019 Support for Adam Walsh Act Implementation Grant Program
The Adam Walsh Act Implementation Grant Program assists jurisdictions with developing and/or enhancing programs designed to implement the requirements of SORNA. The 2019 solicitation will focus on three categories: 1) maintaining and enhancing SORNA substantial implementation in states, territories and tribal jurisdictions; 2) support for SORNA activities in counties in implemented states; and 3) support for implementation and integration of the Sex Offender Registry Tool (SORT).

SMART FY 2019 Maintenance and Operation of the Dru Sjodin National Sex Offender Public Website
In fiscal year 2019, the SMART Office will fund the Maintenance and Operation of the Dru Sjodin National Sex Offender Public Website grant solicitation, to provide the public immediate access to sex offender registration data from public sex offender registries operated by states, territories, the District of Columbia and certain federally recognized Indian tribes.
